Project Description: This high-rise luxury apartment project utilizes a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. The foundation work was completed first with cast-in-place piles, followed by the pouring of concrete layer by layer, with simultaneous pre-installation of water and electricity lines. The 12,000 sq m top area features a steel structure, constructed using a combination of factory prefabrication and on-site hoisting and assembly. Temporary supports ensured the installation accuracy of the irregular shape. The construction process complied with Ho Chi Minh City’s high-rise building engineering specifications.
