مشروع غسل ومعالجة الفحم عالي الكفاءة في منطقة الأبلاش
Project Name: Appalachian Region High-Efficiency Coal Washing and Processing Project
Project Address: Lot 18, Coal Industry Park, Webster County, West Virginia, USA
Project Size: 1100 sq m
Tonnage: 670 tons
Price: $1550/ton
Project Description: The steel structure engineering of this coal washing plant uses approximately 380 tons of steel, covering the structural support system of the core operating area: 1. Structural Composition: Includes H-beam steel support frames for coal washing equipment, a 3-layer steel structure operating platform, an enclosed inclined conveyor bridge (corresponding to the bridge structure in the picture), equipment maintenance walkways, and safety railings, etc.; 2. Component Prefabrication: Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel (mainly H-beams and I-beams) is used. Each component is digitally cut and welded in the factory for prefabrication, and rust removal and anti-corrosion primer are applied simultaneously at the joints; 3. On-site Installation: First, the steel structure columns are positioned based on the reinforced concrete foundation, then the main beams and secondary beams of the operating platform are hoisted layer by layer and bolted together. The welded joints are fixed, and the conveyor trestle is assembled in sections by hoisting and splicing, and then equipped with protective steel plates and sealing components.
