Project Description: This project is a 120,000 m2 national-level exhibition complex and a key public infrastructure project in Hanoi. The main structure adopts a large-span irregular spatial steel structure system (total steel consumption of approximately 18,000 tons). Construction first completed the heavy-duty cast-in-place pile foundation and pile cap foundation project (to meet the large space load-bearing requirements of the exhibition venue). After the irregular steel components were digitally prefabricated in the factory, they were hoisted in sections and assembled area by area through the coordinated efforts of multiple large crawler cranes. Temporary supports were simultaneously deployed to stabilize the complex spatial structure. During construction, BIM technology was used to control the installation accuracy of irregular nodes. After completion, it will include exhibition halls of various sizes, international conference areas and supporting service facilities, mainly hosting large-scale events such as international exhibitions and trade summits, and taking into account the composite functions of exhibition, negotiation and supporting services.
