It involves structural reinforcement and functional enhancement of the existing upper-bearing steel truss bridge (approximately 350 tons of steel): 1. Steel Structure Modification: Thorough rust removal was performed on the original truss&#8217;s Q345 steel arch ribs and web members. 28 aged bolted joints were replaced, and 12 sets of weathering steel web members were added to supplement structural support. 2. Component Treatment: Prefabricated Q355 weathering steel components (matching the original truss specifications) were used. After anti-corrosion primer treatment, they were hoisted and assembled on-site. High-strength bolts and welding were used for double fixing at the joints. 3. Construction Support: Temporary supports were set up during operation to protect the stability of the truss structure.
