Project Description: The Hailide Vietnam factory, a single-unit plant (17,468 m2), utilizes a portal frame steel structure system. Construction began in 2019 and was completed in 2020. The main structure consists of a reinforced concrete independent foundation and a light steel frame. The roof is fitted with a profiled steel sheet roofing system, and the exterior walls use black, white, and gray striped composite metal panels (suitable for ventilation and heat dissipation in tropical climates). The construction adopted a modular prefabrication + on-site assembly mode to shorten the cycle. The ground floor elevated area and public facilities pre-embedded and other supporting works were completed simultaneously, complying with Vietnamese industrial building codes.
