Il s'agit d'un itin\u00e9raire trans\u00e9tatique cl\u00e9, qui commence \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de l'Idaho et se termine sur le littoral de la baie de Willapa. Cette route relativement plate, longue de 56 miles, repr\u00e9sente une section de la partie ouest du syst\u00e8me.
