The chairman of Shijie Heavy Industry holds a Master of Engineering degree, is a National First-Class Registered Construction Engineer and a Senior Economist. The company boasts two First-Class Structural Engineers, 15 Registered Construction Engineers, over 30 senior managers, 200 production and manufacturing professionals, and over 300 on-site construction workers. It serves as an internship base and educational partner of Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology. Since its establishment in 2005, Shijie Heavy Industry has achieved steady development over the past 20 years.
In terms of qualifications, it currently holds a Class A qualification for steel structure engineering design and a Class I qualification for construction.

Under the management and guidance of the company's engineering department and project managers, installation and construction are carried out. This is one of the principles of Shijie Heavy Industry's technical system. The company has more than 20 senior project managers and registered construction engineers, and each project is equipped with a professional project management team. Large-scale projects implement a dual project manager system to comprehensively manage the Shijie Heavy Industry construction project, control the construction progress, quality, safety, and environment, and cooperate with owners, general contractors, supervisors, and other construction teams to do a good job in cross-operation and interface work. Shijie Heavy Industry's excellent work performance has also won the title of "Safe Production Unit" at the provincial and municipal levels many times.
