Land Area: 1,800 square meters (Span: 12m × Length: 150m, Ridge Height: 4.2m, with a 3m-wide open activity area on one side)
Steel Consumption: 45 tons (Main arches use Φ114×3.5mm hot-dip galvanized steel pipes; bracing uses Φ50×2.5mm steel pipes. Steel usage per unit area: 25 kg/㎡)
Key Features:
Designed to suit the windy grassland environment of Queensland, the steel structure is engineered for a wind load resistance of 0.6 kN/㎡. The roof utilizes 820-type color steel sheets secured with wind-resistant clamps. The lower 1.5 meters of the walls are constructed with brick masonry integrated with steel structural columns. The shelter can accommodate 600 mutton sheep and is pre-fitted with steel bracket interfaces for a forage storage area.
