Tonnage: 200 tons

Project Description: The University of Information Technology (UITT) building in Yangon, Myanmar, is constructed using a multi-story reinforced concrete frame structure. The construction process involved first completing the foundation treatment and pouring of independent foundations, followed by the construction of frame beams, columns, and floor slabs layer by layer. The 1120 sq m glass curtain wall utilizes a component-based installation process, first fixing the aluminum alloy keel, then hanging tempered glass panels and adding vertical decorative strips. The bottom area is simultaneously finished with stone cladding. During construction, water, electricity, and network pipelines required for campus teaching are pre-installed, and ventilation structures are optimized for the tropical climate. The overall construction complies with Myanmar’s campus building safety and functional regulations.
