Project Description: Located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, this 30-story, 106,000 m² high-rise building utilizes a core-frame structure system. The pile foundation was completed first, followed by simultaneous construction of the core using a climbing formwork system to improve efficiency. The frame section was then constructed with reinforced concrete. The exterior facade features a unitized glass curtain wall. After the main structure was completed in sections, the keel was hoisted and the glass units were installed. Mechanical and electrical, fire protection, and other pipelines were pre-embedded during construction, and the ground floor podium structure was also completed. Due to its central location, traffic management and high-altitude work safety measures were implemented, complying with local high-rise building construction regulations.
