Located in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, this project is a specialized glove manufacturing factory covering an area of 70,000 m². The plant layout utilizes a large-span steel structure system, with the main building comprising production workshops, raw material processing areas, and supporting utility facilities.
The structural design primarily employs a light steel frame, with a large-span roofing system providing the expansive, clear-span space required for continuous production lines. Both the roofing and wall systems are constructed using metal cladding to meet the factory’s demands for corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and cleanliness. During the construction phase, structural installation, equipment foundation preparation, and ventilation system pre-planning were coordinated simultaneously to ensure a fully integrated and functional production layout.
